Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of MakeMyClinik clinic queue and OPD workflow software. By using the platform, your clinic agrees to the terms below. Last updated: May 2026.

Service description

MakeMyClinik provides a web-based workspace for outpatient clinics — including patient registration, token queue management, consultations, timelines, and optional patient portal features.

Features and limits may vary by subscription plan. We may improve or change features over time while maintaining core workflow functionality for active accounts.

Clinic accounts and responsibilities

Clinics are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding staff logins, and ensuring staff use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations.

Clinics remain the data controller for patient health information entered into the system; we act as a processor providing the technical platform.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorized access to other clinics’ data, introducing malware, scraping beyond public marketing pages, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend access that threatens platform security or other customers, with notice where practical.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans, trials, and launch offers are described on our marketing site and in onboarding communications. Fees, if any, are billed according to the plan selected; failure to pay may result in read-only or suspended access as described in your plan terms.

Onboarding and subdomain availability are subject to fair use and capacity at the time of request.

Availability and support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and outages will be communicated when possible.

Support is provided via email for clinic administrators; response times depend on plan and issue severity.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Clinics are responsible for clinical decisions and for verifying information before relying on it for patient care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where limitation is not allowed by applicable law.

Termination

Either party may end the relationship according to plan terms. Upon termination, clinics may request data export within a reasonable window; thereafter data may be deleted per our retention policy.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. Disputes should first be raised with us at makemyclinik@gmail.com.
